Kira is really smart. This is an example of how Kira outsmarts adults in one of her trap conversations.

Kira: Ninong JR you HAVE to see my dresses! (Princess dresses we got her last year for Christmas)
Ninong JR: I’ve already seen them.
Kira: No you haven’t.
Ninong JR: Yes I have!
Kira: In my closet?
Ninong JR: Yeah
Kira: In my room?
Ninong JR: Yeah
Kira: When I was sleeping?
Ninong JR: Yeah
Kira: I don’t sleep in my room.
Ninong JR: …………. 😐

Kira has a Charlie Brown toy that when you push the stripe on his shirt, it say’s a phrase.

Kira: It’s quantamatic!
Daddy: What???
Kira: Quantamatic.
Daddy: What does that mean?
Kira: When it does something by itself.
Daddy: You mean automatic?
Kira: No Dad. Quantamatic.
Daddy: OK Kira. 😐

Kira got pink eye this past weekend and at first she really hated having drops put in so I had to help hold her down. Well, she really hated that too. Now she’s finally OK with the drops but I’m not allowed to help.

Daddy: Can I help put the drops in your eyes?
Kira: No. Every time you come near me I cry. Mommy will do it.
Daddy: 😮

Kira: Hey Daddy, did you know Santa lives at the North Pole?
Daddy: Yeah I knew that.
Kira: That’s realllllly far up.
Daddy: Mhm it’s really far away.
Kira: How does he deliver all the presents all around the world in one night?
Daddy: I have no idea… What do you think?
Kira: I think he’s not real.
